Galaxy S24 Series is Finally Getting Its Major Camera Update with a Number of Improvements Across All Three Phones

Samsung Galaxy S24 users finally have a reason to rejoice as the company has started rolling out the latest AXB5 update to all three devices, and based on the information we have received, the latest update brings a number of camera improvements to all three phones. So, if you have been facing issues with the phone in terms of camera performance, this update could help you fix the issues you might be facing.

The Galaxy S24 camera woes are finally about to go away now that the update is rolling out to everyone

The update is currently rolling out in a number of regions, but it is not available everywhere. Keeping this in mind, you might have to wait before it finally hits your region, but the good news is that the update is now rolling out and should be available for all your reasons in no time.

  • Brighter Backlight Shots: Say goodbye to washed-out photos! High-pixel mode now shines with better balance in bright scenes.
  • Sharper Text Zooms (Galaxy S24 Ultra only): Get closer than ever with crystal-clear text, even at high magnifications.
  • Ultra-Smooth Video (Galaxy S24 Ultra only): Capture your moments with stunning clarity and detail in rear video recording.
  • Indoor Portrait Enhancements (Galaxy S24 Ultra only): Brighter shadows, sharper faces – perfect indoor portraits every time.
  • Food Mode Fiesta: Colors pop and flavors come alive with richer, more vibrant food photos.
  • Night Mode Magic: Experience improved saturation and white balance for more natural-looking nighttime shots.
  • DNG Gallery Zoom: Explore your photos in even greater detail with improved image quality when zooming in the Expert RAW app.
  • Action Heroes (Galaxy S24 Ultra only): Capture fast-moving subjects in backlit conditions with sharper focus and clearer details.
  • Subjects Shine (Galaxy S24 Ultra only): People, flowers, and more come to life with optimized exposure and color expression in photo mode.

The update is currently rolling out in the Korean regions, and soon, it will start rolling out in other regions. The best thing is that it appears that Samsung has finally made up for the camera-related issues that people were facing. So, if you have been holding off on getting the new phones, you might want to reconsider, as this update could fix a lot of issues with this update. What I am not sure about this update is whether it brings the vividness slider or not, so we might have to wait for that, but since Samsung has already confirmed that the update is in the works, we are going to keep you posted whenever it reaches out.
