Gemini AI is Now Rolling Out to the Google App on iOS

Google is taking Gemini a lot more seriously than we thought. We know that the company is fully replacing Assistant and Bard with its new AI, and now, the app is rolling out ot Google app on iOS, which means that as soon as the roll-out hits a wider stage, you are going to start seeing this being available on almost all the platforms and this certainly is a good thing.

Now that Google Assistant is officially dead, Gemini is slowly coming to all the supported devices and platforms

I just installed the Gemini AI app on my OnePlus 11, and it has completely replaced the Assistant on my phone, to the point that even saying “Hey Google” brings up a different look and feel altogether, which is definitely a good thing. The appearance has obviously changed, and I believe that this AI-driven application is going to work far better than anything else. I am looking forward to seeing how it turns out once it starts becoming a mainstay on the devices.

I honestly don’t have any issues using Gemini. I do understand that it is a little more than just a reskin, so if you are looking for something that will actually deliver the proper experience, then this is going to be something that you could use going forward. Just be sure that you are not expecting a lot because it is still relatively new, so you might run into some brick walls as far as the performance is concerned, but knowing that it is Google we are dealing with, you are going to start getting better performance in the near future.

Gemini AI is now available on both Android and iOS. The one thing that you absolutely have to be aware of is that it is going to take some time before all regions get access to the new app, but if you are impatient like I am, you can just go ahead and sideload it–at least on Android because iOS users are still waiting for it, and well, it is not available at the moment for everyone.

If you are interested in fully embracing the Gemini life, then the good news is that it is only coming to all headphones and other devices that support Google Assistant, so you will have something more to look forward to.
